It’s a pleasure for me to be here with all of you as we celebrate the accomplishments of beIN MEDIA GROUP. I want to start by thanking all of you for your hard work, commitment to our organization and creativity that has enabled beIN to become the leading global media network.

Dear colleagues,

Today I take the opportunity to thank and honor beIN team members who have shown continued commitment to our organization. These employees have been with us for many years and contributed towards success of our organization. At the same time, I also welcome the new comers who joined our beIN family recentlyand extend my thanks and gratitude to all colleagues who have left us.

It has been a year since we last met. In the past twelve months, we have achieved a lot together. Due to our achievements, beIN is now the number one destination for best sports content in Middle East and North Africa.

I would like to seize this occasion to re-cap some of beIN MEDIA GROUP major achievements;

• Entering the world of entertainment from a wider doors ,which beIN packages jumped from 20 channels in the previous year to more than 75 channels this year
• Intensive and outstanding coverage for Euro 2016, Copa America and the RIO Summer Olympic Games 2016 with dedicated 14 channels & 170 hours of live transmissions daily.
• Winning the exclusive broadcast rights for the next two Olympics Winter and Summer Games for the years (2018 & 2024)
• The acquisition of iconic American cinema MiraMax studios
• Continuing beIN’sexpansion in Southeast Asia with launch of our new channels in Singapore, Malaysia and New Zealand, which strengthened our presence in 40 countries
• Acquisition of the Turkish Pay-TV networkDigiturk, which represents the largest deal in the history of our group
• Launching first specialized beIN series channel two days ago to showcase the latest series.
• Opening of first beIN café at Hamad International Airport in Qatar last September, as first of many more to come throughout Middle East & world
• Currently we are ready in full swing to execute the 2017 action plan which will meet our customers’ expectations by adding the latest and advance technology such as our new 24/7 “4K sports channel”, VOD services, more entertainment channels will reach more than 100 channels by first half of 2017, this is not everything as we will have many other modern services like Pay Per View, Internet Browsing through beIN box and many more.

It is no secret that our main goals are working hard in approaching our current and prospected customers by intensifying direct sales operations, customers service and executing intensive marketing campaigns in Middles East and North Africa, with guaranteed best price comparing with other international TV networks.

At the end, achievements continue and will not stop, especially in the presence of professional team in all fields, yet future challenges continue.

I encourage all of you to put further efforts and continue the teamwork spirit and nurture creativity in all what you do; this will strengthen our position as a group and give us an edge over our competition; Furthermore we need to take advantage by leveraging the expertise of our colleagues in the channels located outside the Middle East & North Africa

I personally believe in you as staff, presenters, producers, commentators, technician &reporters, that you will take us to the next level and reach our goal to be one of the top three media networks in the world.

In the end I encourage all of you to continue our successful journey and maintain the position that we have achieved.
